These conditions can be modified without notice on the behalf of OTO Machines. Make sure you consult this document before each transaction in order to take note of any changes which could have been made.
Prices & Taxes
Prices are indicated in euros, excluding taxes and shipping costs. Prices can be modified anytime, but OTO Machines commits to apply prices indicated on the webite during your purchase. Taxes vary depending on your country. Customers with an accepted sales tax identification number (VAT number) can buy for with net price if the products are delivered to their verified address outside France or their address outside the EU where no VAT-number is needed.
Payment & Warranty
Secure paiement by credit card via paypal (paypal accepts Visa / MasterCard / American Express) or by wire transfer. OTO Machines' products are sold with one year full warranty. This warranty covers all malfunctions that may occur from normal use, and does not cover damage due to abuse, faulty connections. Warranty is void when serial number is unreadable, when the device is repaired by unauthorized persons, opened, or tampered with in any way, or if the product was not sold to the end-user through an authorized dealer or the OTO Machines website. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the product. The unit can only be returned for repair after agreement from OTO Machines. Customer covers shipping cost of faulty product to OTO Machines and OTO Machines covers shipping cost back to customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery costs vary, depending on the weight of the products you are ordering and your shipping address. You can calculate shipping cost by going to « View Cart. » button, then enter your shipping zip code and click on the "Update Cart" button. An order normally leaves our warehouse the day after it is received. In any case we will notify you via email when your order is shipped, or if there is a delay.
Privacy Policy
OTO Machines website is not made to collect personal information (name, addresses, emails or any other information). OTO Machines can require you to provide your personal name and other information. You can refuse. If you accept, the provided information will only be used either to inform you of facts and events likely to interest you, or to better manage your different requests (such as phone number for delivery) Your e-mails are kept to contact and not to spam. If you agree to give information, OTO Machines will not reveal them to a third party without your assent.
Any pictures, texts of OTO Machines is generally our intellectual property. It may only be used, forwarded or copied exempt from charges with our definite authorisation. In case of promotional use our authorship has to be mentioned in a definite way.
Legal jurisdiction is exercised by France.
