Boum Stereo image

I’ve noticed that I’m not able to hard pan sounds left or right once I use Boum as my last effect in my signal before goin to my DI Box to my speakers
Is there something I’m missing?
How do I get to hard pan left and right sounds
If I remove Boum from the chain I can now have true stereo
Please let me know if anyone else is having the same problem
or is my unit faulty

It works now
the connector on back of Boum did not like the cables I was using
so I swapped for others seems to be working correctly now :)
